A.1 I started building websites when having one began to feel necessary. I built the first one because my band couldn’t afford it, and then others started asking.
A.2 In 2005, I stepped away from building guitars to focus fully on product and platform work.
A.3 That path included design and print work (including work for Kenny Rogers Gambler) and later building websites for films after getting noticed by people at 20th Century Fox.
A.4 Over time, the work moved from websites into ecommerce and platform systems, where constraints and operational ownership matter.
A.5 That’s still what I build: durable systems teams can run and change without engineering bottlenecks.
